Children have many rules to learn. Instead of presenting them in a negative way of everything we should not do, explain that rules are for our own good so we can enjoy a blessed life.
Did you know that the Bible teaches:
1. “Do not go about spreading slander among your people. (Leviticus 19:16) Remember hearing your mother say, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” Wise Lesson!
2. “The wages of a hired worker shall not remain with you all night until the morning. The Bible tells us to pay all hired workers when they finish their work. Another Good Lesson.
As parents, you only have eighteen years to teach your children everything they need to know. Don’t waste your time.
